Terms of Service

1. The service
Holvario provides a connected organisation platform for your personal and business life. During private beta, features may change and availability isn't guaranteed.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure. Enabling two-factor authentication is recommended. You must be 18 or over to use Holvario.
3. Plans, trials & billing
- Plans: Personal £12.99/mo, Premium £17.99/mo, Custom £24.99/mo (plus a one-time £25 setup for Custom). Yearly billing is available at a discount.
- Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial — no card required to start.
- You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; changes take effect per your billing cycle.
- Your 14-day right to cancel. If you're a consumer in the UK or EU, you have 14 days from starting a paid plan to change your mind, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Email info@holvario.com within that period and we'll cancel and refund you in full — we won't ask you to justify it.
- After 14 days. You can still cancel any time with no notice period and no exit fee. We don't refund part-months by default, but if something has gone wrong, tell us — we'd rather sort it than keep your money.
- Your 7-day free trial is separate from and additional to the 14-day right above. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
4. Your content
You own the content you put into Holvario. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process it to run the service. You can export or delete your content.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Holvario for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to disrupt the service.
6. Holly & tools
Holly and the built-in tools are assistive. They can be wrong, and any output should be checked. Holvario provides record-keeping and organisation — it is not accounting software, and nothing in it is financial, tax, legal or investment advice.
7. Availability & liability
We work to keep Holvario available and secure but provide it "as is" during beta. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
8. Governing law, changes & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. We may update these terms as the product develops. Questions: info@holvario.com.
